6ubd Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 6ubd ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), including all gaming, betting, promotional, and financial services offered through 6ubd.pro. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

6ubd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended terms take effect upon publication at 6ubd.pro/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. These Terms are written in English; in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

1. Eligibility

To register an account and use 6ubd's services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. 6ubd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6ubd operates a strict minimum age policy. Age verification may be requested at any time, and accounts will be suspended pending verification if there is any doubt about a player's age.
• You must be a natural person and not registering on behalf of any corporate entity, syndicate, or third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and update it promptly if it changes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 6ubd is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of 6ubd or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.

2. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are considered a breach of these Terms. 6ubd may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and may void any transactions associated with them. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 6ubd immediately at [email protected]. 6ubd will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access prior to notification.
• 6ubd reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any account at any time. You agree to supply all requested documentation (identity, proof of address, proof of payment method) within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to comply may result in account suspension and withholding of funds.
• 6ubd will communicate with you using the email address or mobile number registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep this contact information current and to monitor communications from 6ubd.

6ubd reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, attempted to manipulate game outcomes, or acted in a manner harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 6ubd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 6ubd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Processing times and limits are as set out in the Payments section of the Platform, subject to change with notice.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified standard accounts. Unverified accounts may be subject to lower deposit and withdrawal limits until KYC is completed.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. 6ubd targets a processing time of under five minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals, though actual processing times may vary.
• 6ubd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in forfeiture of the withdrawal request.
• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity are strictly prohibited. 6ubd complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions.
• 6ubd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial services provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 6ubd's control.

In the event of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or reversal initiated by a player, 6ubd reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, reverse associated winnings, and pursue recovery of funds through all available legal means. Players who initiate chargebacks on valid transactions will be permanently banned from the Platform.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

6ubd offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your 6ubd account only. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• 6ubd reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses that are obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• One bonus per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method applies unless otherwise stated. 6ubd monitors for bonus abuse including the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Cash deposits are always available for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal process. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus play may only be withdrawn after satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on 6ubd is subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable betting rules.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 6ubd reserves the right to correct obvious errors in published odds and to void any bets placed at erroneous odds.
• In the event of a match or event abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules for the relevant market. Generally, bets on abandoned events are voided unless a minimum period of play has been completed.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per event may be subject to limits. The applicable limits are published on the Platform and may vary by sport, market, and bet type. 6ubd reserves the right to limit stake sizes on individual accounts at its sole discretion.
• Match result bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals) are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of no official result (e.g., weather interruption), bets are settled in accordance with the published cricket betting rules.

6. Responsible Gaming

6ubd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity. 6ubd strongly recommends that all players set personal limits before they start playing and review those limits regularly.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit can be decreased immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may set session duration reminders that appear after a set period of play. These reminders appear on screen and can help players keep track of the time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: any player who feels that gambling is becoming a problem may request a self-exclusion from their account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion can be set for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, one year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cooling-off periods: players may request a temporary break of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is suspended. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately and cannot be cancelled by the player once set.

6ubd does not offer credit and does not encourage players to gamble beyond their means. If you are concerned about your own gambling or the gambling of someone you know, please speak to a trusted family member or seek independent support. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on 6ubd, including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game assets, data compilations, and the overall appearance and design of the Platform, is the property of 6ubd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 6ubd. Unauthorised use of any 6ubd intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6ubd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 6ubd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

• 6ubd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and events beyond 6ubd's control (including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, and acts of God) may affect service availability.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of any game or bet, 6ubd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. 6ubd's decision in such matters shall be final.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Amendments and Contact

6ubd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms at 6ubd.pro/terms-conditions and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered email address or mobile number. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
